Build
Develop your settlement into a powerful kingdom.

Strategy MMO · In development
Build a kingdom, command your armies, forge alliances, and fight for control of a living world.
The Premise
Valoria is a persistent world where every kingdom, alliance, resource, and battlefield exists within the same living world.
Develop your settlement into a powerful kingdom.
Discover resources, ancient ruins, strategic locations, and opportunities across the world.
Fight for territory and strategic objectives against rival powers.
The World
Valoria is one persistent shared world. There are no isolated instances and no private maps — your borders touch the borders of real players, and the ground between you is worth something.
Terrain shapes strategy. Forests conceal movement, highlands punish attackers, passes decide where armies can go at all. Where you settle is the first strategic decision you make.

Region
The crossroads of Valoria. Everything worth fighting for passes through here.
Regions are conceptual. Final world geography is not locked.
Gameplay · Progression
You begin with almost nothing: a patch of ground and a decision about what to build first. Every stage after that is earned.
A foothold. Shelter, a few workers, and a plan.
First real production. Your borders begin to matter.
Infrastructure and garrison. You become worth attacking.
Research, specialised industry, and a standing army.
A seat of power that projects force across the region.

Gameplay · Warfare
Armies are raised, supplied and marched. They occupy real ground, they can be intercepted, and committing them is always a decision with a cost.
Hold the line
Absorbs pressure and controls ground. Cheap to field, hard to dislodge from good terrain.
Apply pressure
Damage at range, dependent on positioning and protection. Devastating behind a line, useless in front of one.
Dictate tempo
Speed, flanks and pursuit. Decides which engagements happen and which are avoided.
Break fortifications
The answer to walls. Slow, vulnerable in the field, and essential for taking held ground.
Army makeup, counters and terrain decide outcomes — not simply the larger number.
Forces march, occupy ground and can be seen, intercepted and outmanoeuvred.
Committing an army is a decision with cost. Overextension is punished.

Alliances
A single kingdom can hold ground. An alliance can take a region. The largest objectives in Valoria are designed so that no player reaches them alone.

Time offensives across multiple kingdoms to strike a target that no member could take alone.
Reinforce allies under threat and hold contested ground together.
Pursue goals that require combined production, research and military strength.
Grow a contiguous sphere of influence across the map.
Contest borders, resources and standing against opposing alliances.
Commit to conflicts fought across regions and sustained over time.
Territory
Not all ground is equal. Territory decides what you produce, where you can move, and what you are able to threaten — which is exactly why it is fought over.

Concentrated production that funds sustained campaigns.
Hardened positions that anchor a front and project control outward.
Remnants of an older age, holding knowledge worth contesting.
Chokepoints that decide how armies move between regions.
Fixed points of power that reward the alliance able to hold them.
Server-wide targets that draw major powers into open conflict.
Seasons
Valoria is built around seasonal competition. Each season sets new objectives, redraws what is worth holding, and gives every kingdom a fresh reason to move.

Season 1
The Awakening
Players establish their kingdoms and compete for early strategic positions.
Each season sets the goals that define what winning looks like for that world.
Kingdoms and alliances are measured against the season's objectives, not against a single scoreboard.
Seasonal pressure concentrates power into contested regions and decisive wars.
Season structure is in design. No season start dates are announced or implied.
Economy
Valoria is being designed around a player-driven economy where resources, territory, competition, and seasonal participation create meaningful economic activity.

Every region produces differently. What you hold determines what you can build.
Raw materials move through production chains before they become armies or infrastructure.
Players cover their own shortages by trading with kingdoms that hold what they lack.
A planned venue for player-to-player exchange, priced by supply and demand.
Recognition tied to seasonal competition and meaningful contribution.
War, construction and upkeep consume value, so the economy does not simply inflate.
The most valuable ground is finite, which is what makes territory worth contesting.
In design
A planned TUSDT-linked reward layer will be designed around meaningful gameplay, competition, and seasonal participation.
Nothing here is a financial product or an offer of any kind. Valoria makes no claim, promise or projection of earnings, income or returns of any kind.

Questions
Straight answers about where the project stands. If something is undecided, this page says so.
A persistent multiplayer strategy MMO. You start with a small settlement, develop it into a kingdom, explore a shared world, command armies, form alliances, and compete for control of valuable territory.
Every kingdom, alliance, resource and battlefield exists inside the same living world. The map does not reset between sessions — what happens while you are away still happened.
Yes. Alliances are designed to multiply what a player can achieve, not to gate access to the game. Independent kingdoms remain viable, with different risks and different opportunities.
Not yet. Valoria is in active development and this site is the project's announcement home. Community channels will be published here when they are officially live.
There is no announced date. The roadmap shows the order of development phases, and any dates will be confirmed here first rather than implied in advance.
A TUSDT-linked reward layer is planned as part of the wider economy, designed around meaningful gameplay, competition and seasonal participation. It is still in design. Valoria does not promise earnings, income or returns of any kind.
The design goal is that strategic decisions, coordination and territory control determine outcomes. Economic design is being built to support that goal rather than undermine it.
Platform support has not been finalised. Any confirmed platforms will be announced on this site.
